    <description>These two are really different:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HP9000 (RISC based) vs. Integrity (Itanium II).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You have an Integrity rx6600 (Itanium II).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You power on, the system does selftest, reaches boot menu, read configured boot path, loads the initial boot loader (hpux.efi), this loads the kernel, then the OS.</description>

      <description>Hi ,&lt;BR /&gt;I am working in HP-UX 11iv2 platform. I want to know the normal booting process of Itanium 9000(HP-UX 11iv2,rx6600)series server while power on the Server.&lt;BR /&gt;Any body help me out.</description>
