Itanium 9000 booting process

Hi ,
I am working in HP-UX 11iv2 platform. I want to know the normal booting process of Itanium 9000(HP-UX 11iv2,rx6600)series server while power on the Server.
Any body help me out.

These two are really different:

HP9000 (RISC based) vs. Integrity (Itanium II).

You have an Integrity rx6600 (Itanium II).

You power on, the system does selftest, reaches boot menu, read configured boot path, loads the initial boot loader (hpux.efi), this loads the kernel, then the OS.
