      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Someone please let me know how to resolve this issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;/sbin/bcheckrc:&lt;BR /&gt;Checking for LVM volume groups and Activating (if any exist)&lt;BR /&gt;Volume group "/dev/vg00" has been successfully changed.&lt;BR /&gt;LVM: vg[1]: pvnum=2 (dev_t=0x1f054000) is POWERFAILED&lt;BR /&gt;Activated volume group&lt;BR /&gt;Volume group "/dev/vg01" has been successfully changed.&lt;BR /&gt;Activated volume group&lt;BR /&gt;Volume group "/dev/vg02" has been successfully changed.&lt;BR /&gt;vxfs fsck: sanity check: root file system OK (mounted read/write)&lt;BR /&gt;Checking hfs file systems&lt;BR /&gt;/sbin/fsclean: /dev/vg00/lvol1 (mounted) ok&lt;BR /&gt;/sbin/fsclean: /dev/vg02/tarot2_2 not clean, run fsck&lt;BR /&gt;FILE SYSTEM(S) NOT PROPERLY SHUTDOWN, BEGINNING FILE SYSTEM REPAIR&lt;BR /&gt;/dev/vg00/rlvol1: 134 files, 0 icont, 7593 used, 29773 free (277 frags, 3687 blo&lt;BR /&gt;cks)&lt;BR /&gt;DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM WARNING:&lt;BR /&gt;   The diagnostic logging facility has started receiving excessive&lt;BR /&gt;   errors from the I/O subsystem.  I/O error entries will be lost&lt;BR /&gt;   until the cause of the excessive I/O logging is corrected.&lt;BR /&gt;   If the diaglogd daemon is not active, use the Daemon Startup command&lt;BR /&gt;   in stm to start it.&lt;BR /&gt;   If the diaglogd daemon is active, use the logtool utility in stm&lt;BR /&gt;   to determine which I/O subsystem is logging excessive errors.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Sreedhar</description>
