Your system has been up too long:
http://forums.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1389582

This is a known issue.

It happens when two conditions are true:
- you have an unpatched Ultra320 SCSI mpt driver (scsiU320-00), and
- your system has more than about 400 days of uptime.

More info:
http://www.itrc.hp.com/service/cki/docDisplay.do?docLocale=en&docId=emr_na-c01205240-3

The solution is to update the SCSI driver (click on "Receive for Free" to download the update depot):

https://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=A7173A

If you cannot update, a workaround would be to reboot the system about once per year.

MK

you need to check
echo "0x483E5C8/i" | adb /stand/vmunix /dev/kmem

If it is str_timeout() and you have symantec product installed and your system has a uptime of 400days , then contact them.

the only HP product which can cause that symptoms are the one given in the last post.

If it is neither of them contact hp support
