    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; umask value can decide the permission of files which created by the user.&lt;BR /&gt; For better, you can give 077 value so that no other users get access to files created by root.  &lt;BR /&gt; But this cause too painful in normal operations.So set atleast 022 umask value.</description>

      <description>As Root user has all the previlages umask can be changed anytime, no meaning in setting umask to root.</description>
