Single bit memory errors.

Log a case with HP and replace the memory modules.

Please check for errors on event log file.
/var/opt/resmon/log/event.log

A single SBE is no reason to worry about - this may happen and will be corrected.

If in doubt reboot the system to allow checking of pages that are currently in use and watch if you get more errors reported.

I would say, if there are "not so much" SBEs detected on a DIMM, you can ignore it. This "not so much" can be a value between 1-50 or so.

As you see the 0B module encountered 1391 errors, in this case I would log an HP Case just to be sure.

Reboot and watch if the error count is still increasing. A single error may be reported many times if the area is in use.

Could you let me know if you have any idea as to what could be the problem ?

Would changing the DIMMS help ok this case ?
