The disk at hardware path 1/0/14/1/0/4/0.0x50014380025dc7d9 has gone offline.

Have you checked that disk? Do an 'ioscan -fnC disk' and see what the status is.

we use the ioscan -fnC disk but we are not able to find any disk in that particular
hardware path.
But hp give some solution, but we are not that.

There is no any issues in the EVA, Regarding the cluster went down issue in your windows host, you need to have a multipathing installed in your windows host so that the ownership change of EVA Luns doesnâ t affect the production.

You please check with your windows team regarding the multipathing installed. And also check for any other issues which caused the cluster to go down.
