There were some failures in the storage connectivity and the links were recovered. You need to see the logs prior to the above logs to find any failures were logged and check whether any other logs related to your HBA are in or not.<BR /><BR />The issue can be anywhere from HBA,FC Cable, San Switch or the controller on the storage side.
