      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My program is a utility program for informix data banks (indexed or sequential). Input to the&lt;BR /&gt;program is given interactively upon request from the program.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is the output !&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;xd210_rpc : could not create client handle&lt;BR /&gt;: RPC_UNKNOWNHOST&lt;BR /&gt;xd213_rpc : could not create client handle&lt;BR /&gt;: RPC_UNKNOWNHOST&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any information is appreciated!</description>

      <description>The RPC_UNKNOWNHOST usually means yr NFS server is not able to resolve the IP address. The RPC request that was sent without a fully qualified domain name and the server wasn't able to resolve the IP address of the remote system using only the hostname.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Looks like hostname and ip resolution problem. IS the server you are trying to communicate in the same domain. Do a "nslookup" and do a name resolution for the server name and ip for the servers you are trying to communicate with,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;nslookup&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt; server_name&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt; Server_ip&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt; exit&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regds&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
