scheduler error !!!

Hi Friends,

Could you please help to solve the below issue..

I have a scheduler problem in HP-US Server for the user prahmu01. Scheduler does not work for me and it gives me an error:

$ scheduler

Unable to find User Definition Record for

User prahmu01 in User Definition Table File

$

The "scheduler" command is not one I'm familiar with and I don't think it is a standard HP-UX command.

My guess is that it is a 3rd party scheduler product. Which one?

Hi Musa ,

can you check in your ,.profile what this command "scheduler" is mapped to, or perhaps a $whereis schedular ,$what scheduler $whence `what scheduler` can shed some light.

or you may have maestro ( TWS ) installed on your system , which is a third party scheduler.

It's not Maestro (more accurately IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler) as there is no 'scheduler' command that is part of TWS, at least up to TWS version 8.4.
