memfs no working sometime

We have been trying to mount a memfs. But it is
not working.
bdf :
memfs 500908 -17179722408 17180173224 -3810805% /iliad/run/memfs

So we've try to umount the memfs :

/sbin/fs/memfs/umount /iliad/run/memfs :
WARNING: statvfs failed. '/iliad/run/memfs' in /etc/fstab or /etc/mnttab not
found: Value too large to be stored in data type (errno = 72)

kill -9 not working !

Do you have any idea ?

What HP-UX version are you using?
How much memory do you have?

the version : HPUX B.11.23 U ia64

Memory: 4623192K (3528548K) real, 6603984K (4712984K) virtual, 16010332K free

uname to kill memfs

root 7040 1 0 07:00:17 ? 0:00 /sbin/fs/memfs/mount -F memfs -o size=500MB /iliad/run/memfs

Remove the entry from /etc/fstab (if it exists) and reboot.

It was not on /etc/fstab but it was on
/etc/mnttab
We can't reboot with shutdown!!
It was lookup on the umount.
So we have to switch off with the button the server.
Unfortunately we quit memFS and use the direct access to the hard drive
