    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you discarded issues with Cable and/or Switch port configuration?&lt;BR /&gt;Have you properly configured netmask and gateway in uranus?&lt;BR /&gt;Can you ping at yourself (localhost)?&lt;BR /&gt;Which are the outputs of these commands from uranus:&lt;BR /&gt;#ioscan -fnClan&lt;BR /&gt;#ping localhost&lt;BR /&gt;#lanscan&lt;BR /&gt;#netstat-rn&lt;BR /&gt;#traceroute &lt;VALID_IP&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Rgds.&lt;/VALID_IP&gt;</description>

      <description>Dear All,&lt;BR /&gt;i have facing the problem, ip not getting pinging in (uranus)server. and not able to access the telnet from windows pc or putty. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Recently i installed HPUX11.11 in Lclass 9000 server(uranus). in this serve console itself not getting pinging.through in this server i can able to ping other servers ip (hpux servers&amp;amp;same subnet)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I taken the remote in venus server. from in this server through accessed uranus server by used telnet. its gettig login and geting pinging also. but i couldt access from windows pc directly. &lt;BR /&gt;i checked netconf file that enty is ok&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Kindly help some one .</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;Hope while doing the installation you have selected all the softwares,It looks like bastille security (sec30)  has been enabled.&lt;BR /&gt;please run the #bastille -r command to revert back.&lt;BR /&gt;If you wants to enable them back run the #bastille command again.It will ask you set of questions, select the appropriate.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;Shan.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
