    <description>just to add:&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;There are tools around like PWplus which replace the passwd binary.  Next to strong alpha/numeric/special requirement, they also do a dictionary check.       <description>hi,&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;direct from Google:  ;-)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;quote &lt;BR /&gt;In trusted mode you have many options and much granularity as to how you &lt;BR /&gt;want to manage the passwords. go in to SAM and look at policies, you can &lt;BR /&gt;set things like; min. length, expir. time, lockout policy, alpha vs. &lt;BR /&gt;numeric entries, etc... There are a lot of things you can configure.
