Hi,
I would like to know if there is an HPUX command to show some kernel parameter values usage, like current usage, High water mark, how many HWM achieving, for semaphores, shared memory, nfiles, and so on.
Thanks for any help.
Roque.

Hi,
For this kind of data: usage, hwm, kmtune is not suitable. I don´t have glance installed. Even though, is it possible to use its tables ?
Thanks,
Roqu

kmtune get's You all the upper boundaries, but unfortunately I don't know many commands for the current usage.
ipcs for shmmem, swapinfo, hmmm... :)

there is a trial version of glance available if You need the results fast.

otherwise I'd try to use rrdtool/mrtg and get the neccessary values out of the snmp mib. (this not being the direct, logical way, but it should get You most data You search.)
