      <description>hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;when i tried cstm on my system it was giving  abort errors.even i was not able to give map command.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;when i am trying to install the latest diagnostics bundle (B.11.00)from support plus cd it is giving the following error.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;note:i have tried with different support plus cd&lt;BR /&gt;(different year,differentversion).&lt;BR /&gt;restarted the diagmond,swagentd daemons&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;      * Installing fileset "Contrib-Tools.PDCINFO,r=B.11.00.13.16" (1     x                &lt;BR /&gt;x x          of 18).                                                           x                &lt;BR /&gt;x x ERROR:   Could not access remote file "/etc/rc.config.d/pdcinfo" in        x                &lt;BR /&gt;x x          software item                                                     x                &lt;BR /&gt;x x          "Contrib-Tools.PDCINFO,r=B.11.00.13.16,a=HP-UX_B.11.00_32/64,v=H  x                &lt;BR /&gt;x x          due to an internal error on the remote system.                    x                &lt;BR /&gt;x x ERROR:   Failed installing fileset                                         x                &lt;BR /&gt;x x          "Contrib-Tools.PDCINFO,r=B.11.00.13.16".       <description>I only have this last cc_translator file at the server with OnlineDiag installed. It's an executable file.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Since I'm also on HP-UX 11.0, you can try it again with the attached cc_translator file if you want but you may have an infinite work if there are more files missing...</description>

      <description>hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;for the information.&lt;BR /&gt;eric gave me the answer which is almost near to solution.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;the problem was not the loopback entry.my system is having one lan card which one's cable is disconnected.this lan ip address was given as the first line of /etc/hosts.i changed it to other lan ip address .it worked fine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;once again thanks to all&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regds,&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
