My advice is: don't install products on unsupported platforms. There are reasons why they are not supported and it will be pitty that after paying so much money for these servers you won't get a support from HP.

> Ok. Then, is there any substitute of this product (SysFaultMgmt) for this servers?

It depends what particular features of SysFaultMgmt you are interested in.

The EMS Hardware Monitors and STM (collectively known as the HP-UX OnlineDiags) report all the information that SysFaultMgmt does and more (since SysFaultMgmt currently relies on the EMS HW monitors, anyway), but obviously don't link in to HP SIM. EMS does have SNMP notifications, so that may give what you want.

What features of SysFaultMgmt are you wanting to use?

Andrew
Ok, thanks. I want this product for reporting any event to the SIM, and it seems that this onlineDiags give me that feature, maybe not over WBEM, but it does over SNMP. Thanks for that information!!
