HI there,
I successfully install HP UX 11 at HP visualize 785/B1000 using Core OS CD.
Suddenly i check the uname and shows that :
HP-UX recovery B.11.00 A 9000/785 2008673276 two-user license.

How to get my server into unlimited user license. Is it i need to buy the license or can i use my another server license.How to do that?

Please guide me.

Hi Robert,

I have difficulties to download the software via FTP. My site doesnt allow FTP.

Is there other site to download it?

Hi,

Actually it doesn't matter if you have a two license or an unlimited license unless you are using your serial port on the workstation to connect and get a login.

The concept of license is that one is for the serial console and one for all the network connection. So as long as you are not using modem/serial connection to connect and get a tty, you are going fine with the 2 user license.
