Yes - i have checked the locale on both machines - they are identical. All environment variables when logged in as the app owner are also identical.

I have streamserve installed on two different HP-UX 11i servers (one DV environemnt and one QA).

Both installations are identical, however creates PDF files with correct characters in French, the other prints incorrect codes when producing the PDF.

There is no difference with the streamserve installation so it must be within HP-UX. I guess it's maybe a codepage problem... but I'm running out ideas!

Anyone know of places to check out - or had similar problems?

Thanks,

James

Exactly the same way... The PDF is created by Streamserve, and all the relevant data is copied between servers as part of the migration process, so everything is identical in that respect.
