    <description>Well at least DISPLAY variable the most common problem is eliminated. You got the prompt.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would check the permissions on the home directory, especially the dot dtprofile files (.dtprofile and such).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'd see if there is anything strange going on in those files.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'd next check /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log for any evidence of failed logins. Could be a lot of things. If you dig up a little more data you may figure it out without itrc help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
