Hi All

Iam facing a problem while install the following depot
samba-3.0.10-11.00.depot

while doing a swcopy following error is
flashing
#swcopy -s samba-3.0.10-11.00.depot
"mfptest3:/root/soft": You do not have the required permissions to xqqqqx
x x select this target. Check permissions using the "swacl" command or x x
xlqqx see your system administrator for assistance. Or, to manage xqqk x
xx x applications designed and packaged for nonprivileged mode, see the x ^ x
xx x "run_as_superuser" option in the "sd" man page.

I am running all the command in root login

Please help

hi,

could u try this:

# swcopy -s /tmp/samba-3.0.10-11.00.depot \* @ /var/spool/sw
presume /var/spool/sw is the depot and the depot file is located under /tmp/

I have done a swinstall -s /tmp/samba.depot

and it worked fine
