IODC Entry_Init errors

Hello,

We are experiencing problems following a power glitch with out r8400 server. When attempting to boot from cell 0, we recieve the following:

IODC Entry failed. Error status: -3
The IODC entry for this boot device was unable to provide text describing the failure.
IODC ENTRY_INIT[Return Messages] failed.
Error status: -2

Any help would be appreciated.

Possibly your primary boot path disk is bad!
Verify the boot path and disk. Was there a mirror?

The path is correct for the primary boot disk. We do not have a mirror, but we do keep current backups. A bad disk is what we're leaning towards as well, but wanted a second opinion just in case.

The issues we were having did deal with a problem with the primary boot disk. Once solved, the system booted correctly.
