print queue problem

Hi all.

I have configured 3 network printers (using jetdirect) in two different L - class servers(running hpux 11.11). in one server it is able to clear the queue, but in another it is not can anyone suggest me some troubleshooting steps in solving this issue.

hpnpadmin -v "printer_queue"
also look at /var/adm/lp/log file

Hi all,

thankx for all your replays, and its working now, the problem was some of the printers were not accepted the requests, bcoz i configured my second server using lpmgr.
