another SAM application is running

when i connect to SAM it give me this message:
Another SAM application is currently running. Undesirable results could occur. Please consult with other SAM operators.

there is no operator than me, please how i can kill the other sessions. Or what i have to do?

Hello,

Check anybody logged in with X windows session. Also, check anyother SAM process is running by,
# ps -ef |grep -i sam

You can kill with # kill -9

I hope some body is using sam application in another terminal. Find out with,

# ps -ef | grep -i sam

It will give that sam usage process. If you want to kill the process with kill -9 or ask the user to stop that or wait for the stopping the sam.
