Hi, I've updated my system to find out my support team needs specific version of Ignite 5.3.35. They say the new versioin is incompatible with the old one and cannot do backup of my system anymore.

On Ignite web page, I can download only 6.X versions, is there a place I can obtain 5.3.35?

Hi Robert,

Its not available to download from HP since it is out of date. You may have to find out from HP DVD or CD that comes with OE.

Hi,

There is no point of compatibility here as no two versions should co-exist simultaneously. You should uninstall the old version and have the latest version only.

Also please post the error reported during backup. The old versions can be found on some old applications CDs if you have them.
