Dear all,

I've lost my codeword certificate for a SG depot.
Is there any possibility to reach it on a machine which the product is already installed?
How Can I get it from HP and how?

You cannot access it on your server, you may want to call your HP support center and have the serial number of your server handy in order to retrieve your code word

Or you can submit a request by following this link:

Sorry...

the solution was to ask on the licensing website (http://licensing.hp.com) for the codeword and password certificates by giving to HP our Order number.
In few minutes the copies knocked on my mail door! ;)
