    <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could be a problem with the connection cable, or the scsi card.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have on LTO2 drives found replacing the scsi cable makes this go away about half the time.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

      <title>Software configuration error on Tape Device??</title>

      <description>I got an EMS Event Notification ( see details below as I ran the "resdate" commmand ) from the syslog. I did an ioscan and the tape drive shows as NO_HW. This happened also yesterday. But after I power-cyled the tape library it shows back in ioscan.
