Hello i have a problem install patch PHSS_34426

This seems self-explanatory. You cannot patch a product that is not yet installed.
This patch assumes the installation of the OV Service Information Portal package. You may, in fact, have SIP installed but the installed software database doesn't think so.

There wasn't a problem installing the patch, it simply stating that the patch was already installed as part of another patch bundle and since that was the only patch marked for installation, then the program ended. The patch is already on your server.

whe execute , swlist -l fileset |grep -i OVSIP

no obtain nothing and sip this installed in the server

It's possibler that someone simply copied the files from another server (or restored from backup) so that no proper swinstall of this product was done. You should reinstall the base SIP product.

I install the software SIP of CD:

install pathc success , but I do not see the ouput of swlist -l fileset |grep -i OVSIP
