I just installed the SecPatchCk B.02.02. The directions in /opt/sec_mgmt/spc/doc/README say to refer to the security_patch_check(1M) man pages for details. Apparently the depot didn't install those pages. Cat /etc/MANPATH and see if the new location is now there; if so, logout and login and you should be good to go.
