This will most likely happen if an external hardware device&lt;BR /&gt;raises an interrupt bit before the kernel has a chance to poll the cards&lt;BR /&gt;to set up the appropriate drivers to service those interrupts."&lt;BR /&gt;I got this information from HP Moscow.</description>

The EIRR (External Interrupt Request Register) was reported when aprocessor or interrupt handler started and the kernel detected the bit 32 was 1"&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
