Hi guys i got the following messages on my console on rp3240 server ...

What to do in such case......???
Since it was a test server and but no time left..i just entered RS on GSP prompt....

May i know what this message really means??

after doing Rs from GSP is server booted.
Could you please post the GSP>sl outputs.
could you briefly explain at what stage it hangs and have tried booting in single user mode/ from alternate boot disk.
waiting for ur reply.

Yaa the server was rebooted ...
and now its running absolutely fine.....

One of my senior colleague told me that instead of doing RS i should have done TC i.e. transfer of control....which would have collected crash dumps for me...But for now there is no entry in syslog as well as OLDsyslog about which process had hanged my console....

i think TC form console prompt is the only soln for the above mentioned problem
