Should be on the core cd/dvd:

# swlist -l fileset | grep SPOOL
DistributedPrint.PD-SPOOLER B.11.11 PD-SPOOLER
PHCO_32222.LP-SPOOL 1.0 PrinterMgmt.LP-SPOOL
PrinterMgmt.LP-SPOOL B.11.11 LP-SPOOL

If you mean HPPI which took the place of JetDirect.
