      <description>&lt;!--!*#--&gt;dears,&lt;BR /&gt;i have a HP VISUALIZE J5600 on a site, with PN: A5991A, it is running hp ux 10.20 ACE with a special application, we need to upgrade to hp ux 11.0 to install update for the relecommunication app. we were facing HW problem preventing the upgrade to hp ux 11, so we had to replace the MB and VGA card, i tested the ux 11 installation on a free hard drive, it completed with no problem, but i could not get the CDE to start, i ensured that the start up run level in the /etc/inittab is 4, which is the standard HP GUI, but unfortunately i could not get the CDE run, i thought it might be a driver issue for the vga card, but when i returned the 10.20 ACD hard drives to the machine, it boot up to the command line login prompt, but again i could not get the CDE or any GUI, unfortunately we can't use the station without the GUI, because the telecom app need to run in GUI mode,,&lt;BR /&gt;please all advie with this issue, i checked the ITRC for such issue, but no case helped me. &lt;BR /&gt;my app is critical and unfortunately i can not start it up yet,, faster replied highly appreciated.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;11 and 11i both default after cold install to not start the font server.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;/sbin/init.d/xfs start&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;vi /etc/rc.config.d/xfs&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Set the first variable to 1.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then try again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
