How to virtulize a server

Hi,
I got a request to virtulize a server,
OS: 11iv2 (currently running)

Basically the server is way underutilized. By creating a VM we want to use server to its full potential. The goal is to have current server as the primary vPar with precedence over any other vPar.
So if a quick Pilot is needed, or QA needs space to work, the new vPar will need to be created…

The current server is connected to SAN.

Please suggest how can i perform this task.
