Hi,
looking at the log there has been a lot of power failures. Was that you hard resetting the machine or actual power failures.
If it was actual power failures, follow the instructions in the log (check plug,..., check power supply).

Also seems your seagate disk at 0/0/1/1.0.0, may have suffered with the power re-sets. One of the messages refers to:
http://docs.hp.com/en/diag/ems/scsi.htm#100091
Have you had any changes to the system ?
Where is the machine currently hanging ?

Hi,

It appears that you have a faulty PSU and a faulty root disk. It's possible the faulty PSU caused or at least aggravated the disk problem. In any event, either fault could have caused your server to hang. Both need to be corrected.

PCS
