    <description>Using hyper terminal to connect HP UNix box.NULL cable is used to connect the machine directly from my laptop.&lt;BR /&gt;Now the issue is:&lt;BR /&gt;I can launch SAM .But display is very bad. text are over lapping .&lt;BR /&gt;Can any tell me how to fix the display of SAM</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;have you set your TERM environment variable?&lt;BR /&gt;Also you can set your display id on sam command line.&lt;BR /&gt;See "man sam" for options and supported terminal types&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>'export TERM=vt100' should do the trick (or set it to whatever you've set your terminal emulator to)</description>

      <description>you using emulator ? putty ? &lt;BR /&gt;it verifies configuration of emulator . &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
