      <description>Yes, I am aware that the software I mention is not free.  No, I cannot give you links to free software. Why?  Because as far as I know there is NOT any free vPar administration software.  The software you use to administer vPars comes with vPars when you purchase it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;vPars may be included if you have one of the higher tiers of operating environments.  I can't recall at the moment.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But, if you want to use vPars, you are going to have to purchase the software.</description>
