Where can I find documents about create vPars in rp7410 in detail and what software should I install to create and manage vPars?

Yes, I am aware that the software I mention is not free. No, I cannot give you links to free software. Why? Because as far as I know there is NOT any free vPar administration software. The software you use to administer vPars comes with vPars when you purchase it.

vPars may be included if you have one of the higher tiers of operating environments. I can't recall at the moment.

But, if you want to use vPars, you are going to have to purchase the software.
