swinstall issue

I installed some package using swinstall. No errors were reported. But now I cann't uninstall or list this package as it isn't available from the root. But when I try to reinstall it swinstall reports that the package already installed.

What can be done to solve the issue?

Hi,

what have you installed - patches?
Are the patches listed with
swlist -l product | grep ?
