      <description>I'm trying to remote install patches from one server to another and when I try to installed the patches I get the following error:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"You do not have the required permissions to select this target.  Check permissions using the "swacl" command or see you SA for assistance.   &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How do I set permission on the remote host to allow my server to install software on it?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please Help...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Like it says, check the ACL for your depot:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;$ swacl -l depot @ &lt;PATH to="" you="" depot=""&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; This should show read permission for &lt;BR /&gt;category "any_other": if not edit the ACL file and re-assign it to your patch depot.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;$cd &lt;PATH to="" depot=""&gt;/catalog/dfiles&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;$ vi _ACL&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;$ swacl -l depot -F "_ACL" @ &lt;PATH to="" depot=""&gt;&lt;/PATH&gt;&lt;/PATH&gt;&lt;/PATH&gt;</description>
