IGNITE options

Using ignite to resize / and /stand
I have a USB keyboard connected to a graphics
monitor (CONSOLE) on this RP5450 system, I'm not using this since boot screen goes blank, using WebConsole on PC to shutdown and interact with ignite, the language options say USB_PS2_### after selecting the english option and moving ahead the TAB key will not work. How can I interact with IGNITE without the TAB key or get the TAB key working?

Are you able to get a X Windows session from the ignite server, rather than the client ???

This is how I have resized /, /stand in the past.

I'm accessing the server using WebConsole
to interrupt boot and boot using an IGNITE
tape.Any other ideas?

Check the webconsole and ensure your terminal emulation is set to vt100.

Hi again....sorry but I just can't find a single thing. Hopefully one of the guru's on here can provide you with an alternative - remapping the keyboard, or using something other than webconsole.

HP support suggested using telnet from pc
to HP server, Will try this tonight on Production server.

Have you tried using webconsole thru either hyperterm or netscape as Coolmar suggested?

What kind of console is this? Is this console specifically meant for this 5450? Can you see anything from this console?

Used laptop to directly connect to console cable(disconnect webConsole)then hyperTerminal to interrupt boot and interact with IGNITE menus.
