I need a HP-UX patch for 11.11. For SAM so my rp8400 can see luns from a hitachi aray.

SAM uses standard HPUX commands. I doubt that patching SAM itself will adress your issue.

Is your system current on the OS patches?

Hi:

If you go to the ITRC Patch database and specify a boolean search by the keywords "sam and hitachi" for release 11.11 you would find:

PHCO_35520

See if that meets your requirements by reading the patch text there.
