      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;vPars is only supported on cell-based servers (except the old N4000 and L3000).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You cannot use your rp3440 with vPars - see&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://docs.hp.com/en/1705/oc.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;http://docs.hp.com/en/1705/oc.pdf&lt;/A&gt; page 14 (supported servers).</description>

      <description>Saravanan,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is no way to break up a rp3440 into multiple OS instances. None of HP's virtualisation software will allow you to do this on an entry level PA-RISC syste. If you were on Integrity then you could look at Integrity Virtual Machines:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But as you are on PA-RISC your only optin for any kind of resource seperation would be to look at Secure Resource Partitions on 11iv2:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://h71028.www7.hp.com/enterprise/cache/257424-0-0-0-121.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://h71028.www7.hp.com/enterprise/cache/257424-0-0-0-121.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This uses PRM and secuirity containment to break out resources into multiple seperate workloads with some security between them (think like Solaris zones except with just a single namespace across all SRPs)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HTH&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Duncan</description>
