I am getting this error , wehen i am moving data from to one lv to other.

=> sudo find . depth -xdev -print | sudo cpio -pxdm /tmp_fserv1/
find: cannot stat depth
35056112 blocks

please let me know,what it mean by this error ?

The option is -depth

You forgot the minus sign
