With the product, they may be up to 255 bytes each.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This version of the product is intended for customers who have formally contacted HP about their need for longer node and host names.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have a HP itanium server 11.23. I would like to change my hostname above 8 characters. But i was unable to find the "expanded_node_host_names " module.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any Suggestions</description>

      <description>Hi &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;use this command to change the hostname but  be careful !!!!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# /sbin/set_parms hostname&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;...to set the server's hostname. A reboot will occur. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Jits</description>
