SAM - Kcweb error message

Starting SAM in text mode,
I receive these messages:
Syntax Error
Expected '<' but got '#'
Exiting.

Press to continue sam...

and Kcweb doesn't start.
It does work in GUI mode.

11.23, I have on QPKBASE B.11.23.0706.064.

This is working on some systems, but not on others.

Installing a later version of KernelConfig seems to fix it. Thanks for the replys!
