      <description>How to restrict a user to his home directory,who is using telnet to login?He should not be able to go to parent directory nor to child directory.</description>

      <description>Setting the user's shell to rksh or rsh will not let the user use cd and other restrictions.</description>

      <description>&lt;BR /&gt;Change the shell to /usr/bin/rsh in /etc/passwd&lt;BR /&gt;on hp-ux for the specific user to restrict to rsh which will not allow to change directories.</description>

      <description>just change users shell in /etc/passwd&lt;BR /&gt;u put restricted shell there&lt;BR /&gt;i mean rsh&lt;BR /&gt;rsh has a lot of features &lt;BR /&gt;once rsh shell is there he has a lot of limitation to use commands&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
