Error message from syslog

Dear all,
I have found my system(rp7420 & OS HP-UX 11.11) shows syslog error message "Device at device id 0x10d00 has disappeared from Name Server GPN_FT or (FCP type) response, or its 'Port World-Wide Name' has changed."
Please advice me how can i resolve this error.

A device out on your SAN has eother disappeared/failed, or changed it's WWN. Check the devices you have out on your SAN

1.The following command will give the exect device name.
#ll /dev/dsk | grep 0x10d00

2. for the full error log, see event.log
#more /var/opt/resmon/log/event.log
