view active file locks

I am trying to view the number of active file locks in HP-UX 11i. Glance shows the number of file locks. But I am not sure if that is where I should be looking and if the number is accurate. Is there a command or is what I am seeing in glance corret. The item is glance is

File Locks (nflocks)

Glance takes this directly from the kernel - I don't know how you could get any more accurate!

Thank you for the reply. I just have to make sure, I thought it was the kernel, but programmers thought otherwise.
