Hi;

When we run cluvfy.sh, we see MQSERIES, SNAPlus2-API and TIBRV dont exist on the system.

Please hep me about how i can find all of them

Especially for TIBRV (what is this???)

None of those packages are a requirement for Oracle 10g as far as I know.

I'd like to see the oracle documentation you are using. You must not use Solaris links, only HP-UX links from the metalink and oracle docs databases.

I agree with SEP. If your system is patched well, you can ignore most of the cluvfy.sh output errors.

Most probably the cluvfy.sh script might be older than the patch level of your system. In that case, it will give you many errors listing all the old patch numbers.

Are you sure about this? clusterware.zip for HP-UX. I've checked it twice but error is same

What I meant was that if the pre-check script cluvfy.sh is an old one then it will only check the patches at that time (ll cluvfy.sh). Even if you have installed the latest patches, the pre-check script will still look for the old ones - not the new ones. So, the pre-check will fail still complaining the old patches.

I am sure about SNAPlus2-API and TIBRV and do not remember about other products. But pretty sure about the patches, if your system patches to latest level.

I am sure oracle team said
they need packages,
while i was intalling oracle they also told me like
leave it tibco like these pacakges no need for oracle installation these pacakages
why u want to purchase fortran tibco like these types of software?
