      <description>Dears,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can someone help me with this issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In our installation we have one, rx6600 with hp-ux v11.23, and there is a deamon psmctd running and consuming 1 GB of RAM, and we need kill this deamon. Now we try to start STM menu but the system send a message with error for login user.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Where we can found a document for stm and if can tell me about more details for deamon psmctd.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best regrads.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best Regards.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>It is very likely your diagnostics need the latest patch set. Download the bundle from:&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://h20293.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=B6191AAE" target="_blank"&gt;http://h20293.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=B6191AAE&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;No need to analyze psmctd -- it is not running correctly. Diagnostics are a real pain to troubleshoot so it is easier to update to the latest version or at least try restating them.</description>

      <description>Hi Jaime,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;  Please very your STM version, if it is A.57.00, please instal this patch, it will fix your issue&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;PHSS_37622 11.11 Support Tool Manager June 2007 Patch &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Support Tools Manager (STM version: A.57.00) B.11.11.19.01&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Known issue JAGag41285  SR 8606488625&lt;BR /&gt;The psmctd process has memory leak problem as a result it is using high CPU usage.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;WK&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;don't forget to assign points&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When this happens to me, I go looking for a patch.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is is excessive memory use for any daemon save oracle (lil joke there).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Certainly very high use for this daemon, which is not suppose to impact system performance in a major way.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
