      <description>hello experts,&lt;BR /&gt;one of my test server is not able to boot..please  tell me if you require any GSP logs, i can have the GSP console , but i dont know whats the problem ..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i have two disks on the server, and i tried to install VxVM by vxinstall command but at last i t ended up showing some java related error, after that i shutdown the system and now its not booting..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;the server model is 9000/800/L2000-44&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;kindly help..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>yogeeraj, thanx for the prompt reply..&lt;BR /&gt;but i am not able to get the console at all..&lt;BR /&gt;so cant tell you what message i am getting on console, but even then will it be pingable, COZ  the lan ip is showing as not pingable..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>If you are not able to access console and MP LAN is not working then you need to fix this issue first.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try connecting to console via serial cable and collect some information as suggested above.</description>

      <description>You have still not replied about accessing the GSP? If you are not able to access GSP by any means then you need to get that fixed first.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>If you were not able to access a console (either serial or LAN) how did you do a fresh install?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A fresh install requires interaction from the console.  If you were able to do this it seems to me you should have been able to provide the information requested.</description>
