    <description>hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if the previous outputs do not show you more information, then its a case of going to the disk and pulling it out and looking at it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;the disk will have a red led on it, probably with a cross through it. all the good disks will be green&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Andy</description>

      <description>hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;it looks like your using a smart arary card or an MSA box?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;difficult to know when guessing.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;but try this&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;#ioscan -kfnd ciss&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;to find out the device file, (like ciss3 ciss4) then use saconfig and sautil&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;#sautil /dev/ciss4 -s&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;#saconfig /dev/ciss4&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;where ciss4 is your dev file number from ioscan&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Andy&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
